Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan is getting prepared to revive his 'Indian' sequel avatar following the success of Vikram. As the film resumes shooting after a lengthy hiatus, the spotlight is on heights. The actor recently posted some photos to social media, which have gone viral. On August 24, the movie of Shankar-directorial Indian 2 held a large puja ceremony and now Kamal's arrival to the location with his stylist lookover on Thursday, September 22 has become the talk of the town. 

The revival of Indian 2 after several postponements has the fans buzzing with anticipation since the movie's announcement in 2017 and for the first time in 24 years, Kamal Haasan and Shankar are joining hands to deliver yet another iconic picture - Indian 2, which will be bankrolled by Subaskaran under his banner Lyca Productions

On Thursday morning, Kamal put up a few pictures from the sets, where he wore a sepia-coloured outfit and sporting a new haircut that included a traditional twist mustache rather than a beard. They are both chatting gleefully while holding scripts and a brief video clip of Shankar, the veteran filmmaker, bringing Kamal to sets has caught the wave of virality. He took us to Twitter and captioned, "#Indian2 from today", and shared the pictures, paving the way to get a fever pitch for buffs.

While Kamal Haasan plays the lead role, Kajal Aggarwal, Siddarth, Bobby Simha, Priva Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet Singh, Guru Somasundaram, and Samuthirakani will play important roles. Anirudh is composing the music and the cinematography is handled by Ravi Varman, who also worked for Manirathnam's Ponniyin Selvan, while the editing is done by Sreekar Prasad.
