Viral Buzz: The sequel of Selvaraghavan's 7G Rainbow Colony to have this debut female lead!

The much-awaited sequel to the cult classic 7G Rainbow Colony is finally happening. RaviKrishna, who played the role of Kadhir in the original film, will reprise his character in the sequel. He will be seen as a matured and successful businessman who returns to his old colony after many years.

The film, which will be directed by Selvaraghavan and composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, will start shooting from the first week of September. The lead actor of the film have been known already as it will be RaviKrishna. And now it has been revealed that the film's female lead  will be AnaswaraRajan.

AnaswaraRajan, who is a popular actress in Malayalam cinema, said to play the role of Anitha, who lives in the same colony. The film will explore the love story between the leads, and how they deal with the challenges of life.

The film is expected to be a musical treat for the fans, as Yuvan Shankar Raja will recreate some of the iconic songs from the first part, as well as compose new tunes. The film will also have some of the original cast members like  Suman Shetty, Vijayan and others in supporting roles.

The film is produced by Gnanavel Raja under his banner Studio Green. The film will be shot in Chennai and Kerala, and will be released in Tamil and Malayalam languages. The film is slated to hit the screens in early 2024.
