Viral Buzz: Director Shankar's next to feature these two biggies on screen! Here's what we know

The maverick director Shankar with a reputation for taking risks, who is a face of Kollywood known for his films with a massive budget and a pressing societal message. He directed 2.0, starring Rajinikanth, in 2018, and is currently working on Indian 2 and RC 15. New surprising sources claimed that the director to work on a science fiction film which will feature two heroes.

The acclaimed director is said to have approached Thalapathy Vijay and Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan about starring in his next film, which will be set in the Sci-Fi genre and have a budget of close to 900 crores. Notable  production companies are in talks to work together on this project.

Meanwhile, Shankar's RC15 is moving along quickly, and Ram Charan, who plays the lead co - starring Kiara Advani, has confirmed that the film's first look will be released on March 27. Scripted by filmmaker Karthik Subbaraj and produced by Dil Raju and Sirish's Sri Venkateswara Creations. S. Thaman scored the film, and Tirru and R. Rathnavelu were responsible for the cinematography.

And right now in Kadappa, Shankar and Kamal Haasan is focused on filming Indian 2. By Diwali 2023, the highly-anticipated sequel presumably will debut in theatres. It was co-produced by Lyca Productions and Red Giant Movies and features an all-star cast including Siddharth, Gulshan Grover, Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, and others.
