The official trailer of Siren, the upcoming Tamil action thriller film, has been released. The film is written and directed by Antony Bhagyaraj, who has penned the scripts for blockbuster films like Irumbu Thirai, Viswasam and Hero. The film features a stellar cast of Jayam Ravi, Keerthy Suresh, Anupama Parameswaran, Samuthirakani, Yogi Babu and Chandini Tamilarasan.
The trailer, which is two and a half minutes long, gives a glimpse of the gripping plot of the film. Jayam Ravi plays a former ambulance driver, who has a happy family with his wife (Anupama Parameswaran) and daughter. However, his life is shattered by a powerful enemy, who lands him in prison. After his parole, he embarks on a mission of vengeance, while being chased by a tough and strict cop Keerthy Suresh, who is determined to find out the truth behind his actions.
The trailer is packed with intense scenes of action, drama, emotion and suspense, promising a thrilling ride for the audience. The film boasts of a rich technical crew, including G.V. Prakash Kumar as the music director, Selva Kumar SK as the cinematographer, Ruben as the editor and Sam CS as the background score composer.
Siren is produced by Sujatha Vijayakumar under the banner Home Movie Makers. This film marks the first collaboration of Jayam Ravi with Keerthy Suresh. The film is expected to hit the screens on 16th February 2024. Jayam Ravi also to be seen in Thug Life, which stars Kamal Hassan, helmed by Maniratnam.
