Diwali the festival of lights, is about to get brighter with the release of ‘Vettaiyan’, the 170th film of the superstar Rajinikanth. Directed by TJ Gnanavel, who made his mark with the critically acclaimed ‘Jai Bhim’, the film is a political thriller that showcases Rajinikanth as a retired army officer who takes on a ruthless crime syndicate.

The cinematography and editing are done by SR Kathir and Philomin Raj respectively.
