Sivakarthikeyan, the popular Kollywood actor, is all set to dazzle his fans with his upcoming sci-fi film Ayalaan. The film, directed by Ravikumar of Indru Netru Naalai fame, is a fantasy entertainer that revolves around an alien who lands on Earth and befriends Sivakarthikeyan's character.
The film, which has been in the making for four years, is said to be heavy on visual effects and boasts of having the highest number of CGI shots for a pan-Indian movie. The alien character, which plays a pivotal role throughout the movie, is created by Phantom FX, the company behind the CG of many Hollywood movies. The film also has music by Oscar-winning composer AR Rahman and cinematography by Nirav Shah.
Ayalaan, which is produced by RD Raja of 24AM Studios, dropped the relishing update that the film will debut theatres by Diwali 2023. They took to Twitter on Monday and wrote by sharing fresh enticing poster, "Our extraterrestrial buddy #Ayalaan will reach his destination - the theaters worldwide on DIWALI 2023 Get geared up to celebrate the occasion with our intergalactic pal ".
Released by KJR Studios Kotapadi J Rajesh, also features Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead. The film also has Isha Koppikar, Sharad Kelkar, Karunakaran and Yogi Babu in supporting roles. The film will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
