After several years of anticipation, Vikram starrer Dhruva Natchathiram, directed by the critically acclaimed Gautham Vasudev Menon, is all set to hit the silver screens soon, much to the excitement of fans. The film has been in the making for quite some time now, with fans eagerly waiting for its release. Dhruva Natchathiram promises to be a high-octane action-thriller that is sure to keep viewers on the edge of their seats.

As per recent insiders' talk, the film to debut theatres on May 19th 2023. The spy thriller features Vikram in the lead role, with Aishwarya Rajesh, Ritu Varma, Simran, and Parthiepan playing important supporting roles. The film has been shot in multiple locations around the world, and the teasers and posters released so far suggest that the film will be a high-octane actioner and Vikram is rumoured to play three separate roles (Dhruva, John, Joshua)

Harris Jayaraj, the film's composer, recently tweeted that he is using the cutting-edge Dolby 9.1.4 sound technology for the score, suggesting that moviegoers can look forward to a truly remarkable auditory experience, which piqued the interest more. The film centers on an undercover spy named John and his crew in New York are given a top-secret assignment to find and rescue their missing commander. 

Manoj Paramahamsa, Jomon T. John, and Santhana Krishnan and Ravichandran shot the film, while Praveen Antony edited it.  Vikram, who is known for his versatility, has a few exciting projects in his kitty, including Ponniyin Selvan 2 set to release on April 28th, and Thangalaan directed by Pa. Ranjith. Some sources claim that the actor also to play a brief part in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Leo. However there is no official confirmation on this.

Gautham Menon on other side busy acting in Leo, directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and will also be seen in Pathu Thala along with Silambarasan TR. Gautham Menon is also currently juggling multiple projects as well. The director lastly released film was Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu which starred Simbu in the lead and the film garnered good reviews. Sources earlier also revealed that the filmmaker to rope Vijay Sethupathi in his future project.
