Suriya, who has a packed schedule that includes Vaadivasal to the Jai Bhim sequel, is planning to work with Hari's next film which has been held back for a long time, according to reports. Recently, director Bala made public his decision to remove the actor from Vanangaan, and rumors have been making the rounds that Suriya has given the project with Hari the go-ahead. Director Hari lastly helmed Yaanai, which starred Arun Vijay in the lead.
Five movies the duo worked on together - from Aaru, and Vel, to Singam parts 1, 2, and 3 all have done exceptionally well at the box office. Subsequently, in 2020, they began working together again on the movie Aruvaa. But unfortunately, the film was put on hold at the time due to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus, and production on the film was ultimately shelved. Now it has come to light that Suriya wants to revive the film. If this came to true, this will be their sixth feature for them to collaborate together.
Interestingly, the action flick "Aruvaa" will have Suriya appearing in dual roles and promises to be an intriguing spectacle. As far as pairings go, rumors have it that Rakshi Khanna will star opposite one of Suriya's characters and Pooja Hegde opposite the other. Recently, the speculating reports had it that Hari is penning script work for Singam 4. However official confirmation has yet to confirm whether which will make its way the first.
Victory has followed Suriya's recent film releases, including Soorarai Pottru, Jaibhim, and Etharkum Thunindhavan. His cameo as Rolex in Lokesh Kanagaraj's Vikram also received a lot of attention. As a result, Suriya's pipeline is keep coming to a head. Surya is currently filming for Siruthai Siva's film; the upcoming venture will take place in its next phase of shooting in Sri Lanka. Earlier, it was reported that he signed on for his first Bollywood film and also is premiering a small role in the Hindi remake of Soorarai Potru, starring Akshay Kumar.
