Vijay Antony, a composer turned actor, was most recently seen in the 2021 film Kodiyil Oruvan. Following a -year delay, the actor's next film is finally ready for its debut. The actor, known for his work in nail-biting thrillers, has a new intriguing drama coming out directed by Babu Yogeswaran titled Tamilarasan is all set for its theatrical debut.
The long-awaited release of the Vijay Antony film has finally been set. In an interesting twist, the legendary composer Maestro Ilayaraja has composed the film's musical score. The release date of the action movie is set for December 30, as per the makers' announcement.
The film stars Ramya Nambeesan as the female lead where Suresh Gopi and Sonu Sood returns to Kollywood with this film. S Kowsalya Rani has backing the film, which stars Robo Shankar, Radha Ravi, Yogi Babu, Munishkanth, and Sangeetha among others in pivotal roles.
The film was edited by AL Ramesh and Bhuvan Srinivasan, and RD Rajasekhar did the cinematography. Action sequences in the film were directed by Anal Arasu, and dance numbers were directed by Dinesh Kumar and Sathish Krishnan.
The movie's satellite rights have been acquired by Zee Tamil, and Zee5 has probably bagged the digital rights. Agni Siragugal, Pichaikaaran 2, Kolai, Ratham, Mazhai Pidikatha Manithan, Valli Mayil, and Khaki are just some of the films that Vijay Antony has in the works right now.
