This past weekend fans witnessed the release of the first trailer for H. Vinoth's bank heist actioner Thunivu, which starred Ajith. The massive snippets gave fans a good glimpse of what to expect from the film. The power packed trailer already made a sharp reach by crossing one million views within first few minutes. Now the trailer seems unstoppable by winning the fans' hearts, and it chairs the top trending list of YouTube.

As of Sunday, the trailer had already received 30 million views, as stated in a post from the film's makers, "A rage that just hasn't settled. The #ThunivuTrailer hits 30 MILLION+ views in just 24 hours - extraordinary" The trailer by the time of writing the content, it has surpassed 36 million views and stays on first place of Top Trending charts of YouTube.

Produced by BoneyKapoor's Bayview Projects, and Zee studios, this film marks their third colloboration after Nerkonda Parvai and Valimai. The film to face off with Vijay's Varisu in a box office battle between on 12th Jaunary 2023, as these two biggies of Kollywood have been making headlines for past few weeks, and the fans were already started the celebration nearly ten days ahead of the release.

Supreme Sundar was in charge of the fight choreography, and Vijay Velukutty handled the editing for this film that Nirav Shah cranked the camera on. According to the synopsis, the story takes place against the backdrop of a bank robbery. Directed by H.Vinoth, the film has Manju Warrier, John Kokken, Veera, Samuthirakani, Mamathi Chari, Prem Kumar, Mahanadhi Shankar, and a slew of others make appearances in pivotal roles throughout the film.
