The wait is finally over. The trailer of Adipurush, the magnum opus starring Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh, has been unveiled today. The film, directed by Om Raut and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair, is set to release on June 16, 2023 in IMAX and 3D versions.

The trailer is a visual treat that showcases the grandeur, splendor and magnificence of the film. The trailer takes the viewers on a journey to a mythical and magical world, where the forces of good and evil collide in a fierce and epic battle.

The film is based on the Indian epic Ramayana, which tells the story of Lord Rama, the prince of Ayodhya, who sets out to rescue his wife Sita from the demon king Ravana. Prabhas plays the role of Adipurush or Lord Rama, while Saif Ali Khan plays the role of Lankesh or Ravana. Kriti Sanon plays the role of Sita, while Sunny Singh plays the role of Lakshman, Rama’s brother.

The trailer gives a sneak peek of the iconic moments from the Ramayana, such as Rama’s exile from Ayodhya, Sita’s abduction by Ravana, Hanuman’s leap across the ocean, and the construction of the bridge to Lanka. The trailer also highlights the clash of ideologies and values between Adipurush and Lankesh, as they prepare for the ultimate showdown.

The trailer has received a phenomenal response from the fans and critics alike, eventhough the previously unveiled teaser and posters received mixed responses for the poor editing. In contrast the trailer has also created a sensation on social media platforms, with many celebrities and influencers sharing their reactions and excitement for the film.

Adipurush is one of the most awaited films of 2023, as it marks the first time collaboration of Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan.
