Dhanush's first Tamil- Telugu bilingual Vaathi, has been slated for release on February 17, 2023. And the upcoming drama is also the first film to portray the Asuran actor on teacher role. While fans were already delighted with the teaser a while ago, the next buzz about the audio launch event is making rounds on the internet. The film already pulled the fans with its already released single tracks Vaa Vaathi and Naadodi Mannan. 

Word on the street is that the film's audio debut will take place on February 4 at Sai Ram College. And few big names of both Tamil and Telugu will garner the event. Even though the film crew has said nothing word of this, but with photos of the arena being built up for the launch event has soon spread on social media. With less than a month until the film's premiere in theatres, we can also anticipate the trailer's arrival very soon.

'Vaathi', written & directed by Venky Atluri. While GV Prakash Kumar had done the musical score, the cinematography is handled by J Yuvraj. Sithara Entertainments headed by Suryadevara Naga Vamsi will be co-producing this film along with Ms Sai Soujanya's Fortune Four Cinemas. The film is Presented by Srikara Studios and it has brought in an ensemble cast. 

The film promising a serious message for educational practices and Dhanush portays Balagangadhar Tilak role. According to reports, he is a junior lecturer teaching third grade at Tirupati Educational Institute. While Dhanush plays the lead role, Samyuktha Menon, Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Samuthirakani, Thotapalli Madhu, Narra Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadhi, Shara, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Motta Rajendran, and Hareesh Peradi played important roles.
