Udhayinidhi's stunning action blow was recently seen in the Kalaga Thalaivan trailer, directed by Magizh Thirumeni. Filled with suspense, and action drama, the trailer intrigued more and received good views. In a recent interview, the veteran actor and producer shared some details about the upcoming movie, whose release date is this coming Friday, the 18th.

Magizh Thirumeni was famous for helming Arun Vijay in the movies 'Thadaiyara Thaakka' and 'Thadam'. Now, through Kalaga Thalaivan, Udhayanidhi Stalin colloborated with the maker for the first time. Nidhhi Agerwal, who made her Tamil debut through Silambarasan-starred 'Easwaran', plays the on-screen couple for Udhayanidhi Stalin, and Bigg Boss Aarav, Kalayarasan plays the crucial supporting roles.

Udhayanidhi amusingly discussed his acting days in the movie in a recent media interview. He said, "For three days, Magizh Sir would film a single scene. He is very patient and enjoys every scene that he captures. He even demonstrated this to us by performing himself. which is why the movie is so long." Regarding the female protagonist, Udhay said, "In this movie, Nidhi Aggarwal portrayed the doctor Maithili, who plays the crucial role," 

Srikanth Deva composed the background music for Kalaga Thalaivan. The camera work was done by Dilraj K, and the editing was done by Srikanth NB. The action choreography for the film was done by stunt director R Sakthi Saravanan. The actor's next film is Maamannan, directed by Mari Selvaraj, in which Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh, and Vadivelu feature in crucial roles.
