The hobby of binge-watching has now poured in more appreciations to the 18-year-old in Mumbai as the teenager had saved the lives of 75 people by watching the web series, as he had proved that binge-watching would in someway pose an advantage in benefitting and saving the lives of others. 

According to reports, 18-year-old Kunal Mohite is a resident of Dombivli, Mumbai and he was one among the 75 residents who were living in the apartment that was on the verge of getting collapsed. Kunal Mohite has a hobby of binge-watching and he was watching the web series till early morning 4 am on Thursday during which he felt that his flat was shaking and his kitchen was falling down.

As he was well awake, he acted spontaneously and alerted his family members and all the other tenants of the apartments and he made them quickly vacate the building as it was shaking and collapsing. His hobby of watching web series and his spontaneous action had saved the lives of 75 people as without his action, the building could have collapsed when the occupants were asleep, which could have killed more lives. 

The two-storey apartment was in Kopar, Dombivli and the teenager had saved 75 people before it was collapsed. According to ANI, Kunal said, "While watching a web series till dawn, I saw part of my kitchen falling down and immediately alerted everyone to vacate the building". The reports say that the authorities had declared the building dangerous nine months ago and they had asked the tenants to vacate from the apartment. 

Kunal says, "We have received a notice from the authorities to vacate the building but the tenants had decided to reside here as they are financially weak and they had no place to go and they stayed back here". Kunal has become the talk of the town after he had saved 75 lives and social media users have been praising him for his action and some had called him as 'hero'. 

Besides appreciating Kunal, some had sarcastically commented that the residents of the building are going to pay for his lifetime subscription to watch the web series and one had commented that the moral of the story is everyone should watch web series till dawn.
