Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the budget at 11 am on Wednesday in the Parliament and in nearly a two-hour address, she unveiled major announcements and rejigs.

As it is the last full budget for the Modi administration ahead of the polls, it naturally has drawn a pile of expectations from people of all walks of life. 

What made this budget an interesting affair is that this will be the last full budget presented by the Modi administration ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls.

All eyes are closely watching how the government is going to tackle the crisis and uplift the younger generation who are caught up in the wave of job uncertainty. 

We spoke with KE Raghunathan, the founder-chairman of Association of Indian Entrepreneurs, who is based in Chennai to seek his insights and demands on the Union budget.
