After getting the reply, Shukla packed the 40,000 pages of answers in his car and he said that his car was completely filled with the papers and only the driver's seat remained free. 

The activist has filed a complaint with the Tamil Nadu State Information Commission (TNSIC) against the Public Information Officer (PIO) who filed the response. 

The National Informatics Center (NIC), which is the authority that creates official government websites, has asserted in the RTI response that it does not know who had created the application.
