For Chirag Paswan, while his father's face goes ahead of him in the campaign trials, the sympathy factor would largely stand with him to sail his new fleet towards the victory. 

Paswan had breathed his last on Thursday at the age of 74 and his demise has come days ahead of the Bihar legislative polls during which his LSP has been one of the influential parties. 

With the elections are fast approaching, one of the crucial challenges that lie ahead of Chirag Paswan is steering the party towards the polls as he has been preparing to take on the ruling Nitish Kumar's Janata Dal United.
