As the sequel of the resurgence, India has now surpassed Brazil and become the second-worst affected country in the world. 

The incident came to the revelation when one of the three women developed side effects such as dizziness and nausea after receiving the rabies vaccine.

On Thursday, for the first time since the launch of the vaccination drive, India had vaccinated over 1 million people in a single day.

The Prime Minister has received the first dose of Covaxin, the vaccine developed by Bharat Biotech and the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR).

The Prime Minister took to Twitter and shared the photo of receiving the shot and he also appealed to eligible people to receive the vaccine to make India COVID-19 free.
