The brand new residential complex would house state-of-the-art facilities and from the new residence, the Prime Minister will have tunnel access to the Parliament and to the office at Raisina Hill. 

As the horrendous second wave of the pandemic had heavily disturbed and anguished the people across the borders, several people had demanded the Center to halt the project on humanitarian grounds.
