The minister has been getting treated at a private hospital in Alwarpet, Chennai and his cabinet colleagues and senior leaders have wished him a swift recovery. 

As the students are back in the classrooms from the virtual learning mode, the school education department has been taking measures to let the students have a smooth transition.
