The blockbuster hit ‘Jailer’ has left the fans wanting more. The action-packed thriller, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar and starring Rajinikanth, Mohanlal, Shivarajkumar, and others, has grossed over Rs 350 crore in six days of its release. The film revolves around a retired jailer who seeks revenge for his son’s murder by a ruthless smuggler.

According to his latest revealations in an interview to a popular media outlet,  Nelson Dilipkumar has plans to make a sequel to ‘Jailer’, tentatively titled as ‘Jailer 2’. The director has also expressed his desire to make a dream project that will feature Rajinikanth and Vijay together in the lead roles. He has also hinted at making part two of his previous films ‘Doctor’ and ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’. However, nothing has been confirmed yet by the director or the producers.

The fans are ecstatic about the possibility of seeing their favorite stars together on the big screen. They have taken to social media to share their excitement and expectations for ‘Jailer 2’. Some of them have even created posters and fan arts of the film, imagining how it would look like.

The most common response from the fans were possible universe collaboration is that ‘Jailer 2’ should star Vijay, Rajinikanth, and Nayanthara in the lead roles, reprising their characters from ‘Beast’, ‘Jailer’, and ‘Kolamaavu Kokila’ respectively.
