In the middle of keeping the fire and unrest alive in Kashmir region over directing the pictures of war, Pakistan had seemed to lowered its tone of threatening India over deploying nuclear weapons where it had said that it won't use nuclear weapons first despite of the tensions that were being oiled in Kashmir region.
While addressing Sikh religious community in the eastern city of Lahore, Pakistan's premier Imran Khan had said that both India and Pakistan stays in the track of countries with nuclear arsenal and added that if the tensions erupt in the regions, it will send dangerous clouds to the world. He further stated that Pakistan won't be the first country to dispatch nuclear weapons, ever.
In the wake of Prime minister's comments, the Pakistan foreign ministry spokesperson had said that Pakistan didn't represent a change in its nuclear policy and further added that Prime minister Imran Khan had echoed the commitment of Pakistan towards peace and to ensure that both nuclear states will determine responsible behavior.
The Kashmir region has been under the hands of tensions and threads of fire after the security grid in the state comprising of Central armed forces, paramilitary forces have triggered the tear gas against stone pelting incidents, as the valley had seen hosting several such riots between local residents and the armed forces ahead of imposing tight and severe restrictions and curfew in the place by suspending the mobile services and internet since August 5th, 2019, the day which Indian government had announced that the state of Jammu and Kashmir will no longer be stood with the special status as the Article 370 of Indian constitution, which guaranteed special status to Kashmir, has been revoked and the state has been bifurcated into two union territories.
Ahead of losing the special status, the state and its residents had lost its rights to stake priorities in the state than the rest of the states and after abrogation of article, the state would possibly host the flood of people from other Indian states to acquire the lands and to get prioritize in availing jobs and employment.
Ever since India had flagged its unilateral decision, the Pakistan government headed by Imran Khan had kept its focus on acquiring the international support to accuse the move against India and Imran Khan has also accused Narendra Modi of committing human rights violations and atrocities in the valley. After having no possible and concrete support from the international countries and forums, Imran Khan had now seen softening his tone towards unleashing attacks on India where he had slipped away from his earlier stand of using nuclear weapons.
By staying its soft stand, Pakistan had yesterday granted the consular access to an Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav, who has been locked up in Pakistani prison ahead of having been accused under the grounds of spying and terrorism, with accordance to the verdict of International Court of Justice.
