SK21: This director spills the beans on first look teaser of Sivakarthikeyan starrer!

Sivakarthikeyan, the versatile actor who has won the hearts of millions with his comedy, romance, and action, is back with a bang in his upcoming film ‘SK 21’. The film, directed by Rajkumar Periyasamy, the talented filmmaker who made his debut with the critically acclaimed ‘Rangoon’, is said to be a thrilling and emotional ride.

The first look title teaser of ‘SK 21’ was recently screened for Sivakarthikeyan’s close friend and director Nelson Dilipkumar, who could not contain his excitement and took to social media to praise the film. He wrote, ‘Woah!!! Just saw #SK21 first look teaser!! It’s complete rage! Can’t wait for the world to see what you have made on this emotional journey @Rajkumar_KP big applause to team #SK21 !’

The unnamed movie is in its final stages of filming and will be completed soon.The film features Sivakarthikeyan in a never-seen-before avatar, and has a stellar cast and crew. Sources close to the film reveal that Kamal Haasan has been approached to play a cameo role in ‘SK 21’, which is based on the life of Major Mukund Varadarajan, who was martyred in a counter-insurgency operation in Kashmir in 2014.

The talks are still in progress and an official confirmation is awaited from the makers. ‘SK 21’ is produced by Kamal Haasan's own banner RKFI Productions. The film is slated to release in the summer of 2024, and is expected to be a blockbuster hit.

‘SK 21’ boasts of a stellar cast that includes Sai Pallavi, Rahul Bose, Lallu Prasath, Gaurav Venkatesh, Mir Salman and others. The music for the film is composed by GV Prakash, who marking his first collaboration with Sivakarthikeyan.
