'Same command, more energy': SJ Suryah shares his experience about joining hands with Shankar!

After shooting at some picturesque locations in Maharashtra's Pune and Satara and Andhra Pradesh's Rajahmundry, the crew of Ram Charan's next has been currently racing for further shooting at Hyderabad. The biggie, tentatively named 'RC 15', is touted to be a political drama that revolves around electoral reforms. 

Helmed by director Shankar, the movie stars Ram Charan in the lead role while Kiara Advani plays the female lead. The project marks Kiara Advani's second collaboration with Ram Charan after Boyapati Sreenu- directed 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' in 2019. The latest update from the sets is that popular actor SJ Suryah joined RC 15 shooting on Saturday and he shared the memorable experiences with the veteran filmmaker Shankar on social media on Sunday. 

SJ Suryah was last seen on Shankar's feature, Nanban in 2012 who played a crucial cameo as Panchavan Parivendhan. After nine years, SJ Suryah joined hands with Shankar and this time, the former will be playing an antagonist in the movie. In February, S. J. Suryah was approached for a crucial role, and he joined the sets recently.

On Sunday, the actor shared the experience from the sets of RC 15. Taking to Twitter, he wrote, "WOW dir Shankar sir peeped his sets when I was junior artist, did a cameo in Nanban, now as an antagonist - the same command, more energy pulled the best from everyone. I am continuously admiring & learning a lot from you sir as a fan & as an actor on your set."

In another tweet responding to the makers for roping into the project, Suryah wrote, "It's a dream come true moment. Thank you so much to the legendary director Shankar sir and producer Dil Raju garu the great & excited to join with Mega Power Star Ram Charan garu & team." The pan-Indian movie is currently in the works. 

RC 15 is bankrolled by Dil Raju and Sirish under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. This is Ram Charan's next big movie after the blockbuster hit RRR. The summer of 2023 will see the release of RC 15, according to the makers. This eagerly awaited political drama was written by Karthik Subbaraj, and directed by Shankar in his Telugu debut. Besides Ram Charan, Kiara Advani, and SJ Suryah, the movie has also roped in Anjali, Jayaram, Sunil, Srikanth, Nassar, and Samuthirakani. Thaman is composing the music while Tirru and Rathnavelu and Shameer Muhammed have handled cinematography and editing respectively.
