SS Rajamouli's much-anticipated movie 'RRR' gets ready to rock the big screens as the movie team has on Monday officially confirmed that the movie will be getting released on October 13, 2021. In what would become one of the landmark projects of 'Baahubali' director, 'RRR' comes as a big treat from Rajamouli with reputed stars from Tollywood, Bollywood, and Hollywood.
Produced by DVV Entertainments, the movie stars NT Rama Rao, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Alison Doody, and Ray Stevenson. While Rajamouli is directing the movie, Baahubali fame MM Keeravani is composing the music and the movie has been produced with a budget of Rs 350-400 crore. The cast and the storyline had stirred more expectation for the movie ever since it was announced and fans had waited for the official release date to enjoy Rajamouli's treat in the theaters.
Ending the speculations and suspense, the movie team has on Monday announced that the movie will be getting released on 13th October 2021. According to reports, the period drama narrates a tale based on the life of Telugu Freedom fighters, Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem. While Ram Charan plays as Alluri Seetharama Raju, NT Rama Rao plays as Komaram Bheem. Assuring another awestruck movie after Baahubali, the movie has been at a final level of unveiling what could become one of the greatest movies in 2021. The reports say that actor Chiranjeevi has been roped on board as the narrator for the film.
Chiranjeevi will give his voice to introduce the characters of Ram Charan Teja and Junior NTR. Though the movie team is yet to issue a confirmation, it has also been reported that Aamir Khan will lend his voice for the Hindi version. The movie was earlier expected to get released in October last year, however, it was deferred owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. While the movie shooting was halted due to the lockdown, it has got resumed last month in Hyderabad, and last week, Rajamouli said the climax shoot has begun.
