The result has finally come...Simbu pens a touching letter to his fans after Maanaadu's success!

Maanaadu has given a huge stock of oxygen for Simbu with a remarkable comeback and a great evolution in acting. Simbu's role, its heart, and the storyline of the movie had all made Maanaadu a blockbuster hit across and beyond the borders. One of the first-in-line time loop movies of the Tamil cinema industry, Maanaadu has made the wait of the fans worth and garnered positive reviews. The movie had a theatrical release on November 25 and the cast and crew have been celebrating the massive reception. 

As the movie has been running successfully, Simbu has expressed his gratitude to the fans and audience for their love and support. Taking to social media, Simbu has issued his first statement after the movie in which he said, "Maanaadu is a beautiful movie shot with the hope on hard work and on God. The result has finally come for my thought of making the people who love me happy. Maanaadu has got a huge victory from across the world." 

He further said, "I am indebted to my producer Suresh Kamatchi, Venkat Prabhu for his excellent direction, for all the technicians, the movie crew, my mother and father, distributors, theatre owners, cinema fraternities, media friends, to my dear fans, and to people across the world for making this (victory) to happen." He said, "I can't contain all my feelings by just saying Thank You. But there is no word as an alternative." 

"I feel happy under your love and for not letting my tears hit the ground during the audio launch. My wishes to everyone", he added. His letter has been going viral on social media even as the fans relish the movie in the theatres. Last Friday, the movie team had a big surprise to receive a phone call from Superstar Rajinikanth. The Superstar had spoken to Maanaadu director Venkat Prabhu and congratulated him and the entire team for the movie's success. Venkat Prabhu took to Twitter and expressed his happiness about the call from the superstar. He wrote, "#Thalaivar Rajinikanth called and wished!! Me & STR, and that's the tweet (sic)."

Suresh Kamatchi, who bankrolled the movie, had also thanked Rajinikanth for wishing the team. He took to Facebook and wrote, "This day has become special for us. Superstar's call and wishes had affirmed the movie's success. This heart of wishing the good has been keeping you (Rajinikanth) high on the throne. We have got more strength and my heartfelt gratitude on behalf of the entire team. Thank you very much, sir."  

SJ Suryah, who acted in a crucial role in the movie, has also got a call from Rajinikanth. Taking to Twitter, he said, "Today I feel that I got the greatest award for my acting skill. Got a call from our Superstar Rajinikanth sir. Sir, you made my decade sir. Your kind appreciation giving me a great strength to face this journey." On Friday, the Maanadu team had celebrated the movie's success during which Simbu and Suresh Kamatchi had exchanged cakes.

The fans have been relishing the movie and trending the hashtag #MaanaaduBlockbuster on social media to express their love and wishes to Simbu. Maanaadu is a science fiction time-loop and action film and has been made it to the theatres amid more wait and expectations. It is produced by Suresh Kamatchi under the banner of V Productions and while Simbu plays the lead role, SJ Suryah, Kalyani Priyadarshan, SA Chandrasekhar, YG Mahendran, Premgi Amaren, Karunakaran, and Manoj Bharathiraja play important roles. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music and the movie's total budget is Rs 25 crore. According to movie tracker Manobala Vijayabalan, Maanaadu has crossed Rs 20 crore in Tamil Nadu box office in four days of its release.
