The rebel star Prabhas is all set to rock the silver screens with his next film Salaar, a massive action thriller directed by the visionary filmmaker Prashanth Neel of K.G.F fame. The film, which also features Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan and Jagapathi Babu in key roles, is scheduled to release on September 28, 2023. But before that, the makers have a special treat for the fans.
As per the latest reports, the first teaser of Salaar is going to be unveiled by the end of this month or the first week of July. The teaser is likely to showcase the fierce and ruthless persona of Prabhas as Salaar, a gang leader who vows to fulfill a promise made to his dying friend and wages a war against the other criminal gangs.
The teaser will also offer a sneak peek of the spectacular visuals by cinematographer Bhuvan Gowda and the electrifying music by composer Ravi Basrur. The film, which is bankrolled by Hombale Films, has been shot in various locations across India, including Telangana, Karnataka and Mumbai.
The film is being made in Telugu and will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages. The film marks the first collaboration between Prabhas and Prashanth Neel, who are both known for their blockbuster films in different genres.
