Kazan Khan started his acting career in 1992 with the Tamil film Senthamizh Paattu, where he played a character named Boopathy. He went on to act in over 50 films across Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada languages, showcasing his range and versatility as an actor.
Some of his notable films include Vijay's Badri, Ullathai Allitha, Mettukudi, Priyamanavale, Naam Iruvar Namaku Iruvar, Lailaa O Lailaa and many more. He was last seen on the big screen in 2015 in Lailaa O Lailaa, starring Mohanlal and Amala Paul, and his last Tamil debut was Cheena Thana 001, and Pattaya Kelappu.
The news of his demise was shared by film producer and production controller NM Badusha on Facebook, who wrote, “Famous villain actor Kazan Khan died of heart attack.
