Fans of horror movies now are treated to the OTT debut of Pizza 3, the third instalment of the popular Pizza franchise that started in 2012. Pizza 3 is a Tamil horror movie that follows the terrifying experiences of a pizza delivery boy who encounters supernatural forces in his customers’ houses.

The movie is directed by Mohan Govind, who also helmed the first two movies, and stars  Ashwin Kakumanu and Pavithrah Marimuthu in the lead roles. Arun Raj taken care of film's musical score and  Prabhu Raghav handled the cinematography.

Pizza3 is set to stream on Simply South, a leading OTT platform for South Indian movies, from August 24 . The OTT house shared the update on their social media accounts with a poster of the movie that shows the actor in haunted bungalow, and the tagline “Experience a chilling slice of Pizza horror!”. The movie has already generated a lot of buzz among fans and critics, who are eagerly waiting to see what new twists and scares Mohan Govind has cooked up for them.

The film also stars Gaurav Narayanan, Abhishek Shankar, Kaali Venkat, Anupama Kumar, Raveena Daha, Abi Nakshatra, Kuraishi, Yogi & Subiksha in supporting roles. Production company Thirukumaran Entertainments, which has also backed the director's previous two features bankrolling this one. 

The first film Pizza (2012) was written and directed by Karthik Subbaraj and starred Vijay Sethupathi as a pizza delivery boy who gets trapped in a haunted house. The second film Pizza 2: Villa (2013) was written and directed by Deepan Chakravarthy and starred Ashok Selvan as a writer who finds his future predicted by a series of paintings in an old mansion.
