Pathu Thala's first single is an AR Rahman's special! Here's the title and release date of the track you need to know...

After Muthu's gangster transformation in Gautham Menon's Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, Simbu's own gangster incarnation, AGR, is about to make its debut in Obeli N. Krishna's Pathu Thala. Now that filming wrapped up in November of last year, the makers have started releasing updates for  the fans, commencing with the announcement of the first single, which is said to be in the voice of Isai Puyal A R Rahman.

Pathu Thala is a remake of the 2017 Kannada film Mufti, which featured the acting talents of Shivarajkumar and Sriimurali. Actor Simbu is carrying over for Shivarajkumar in the Tamil remake. After working together on the soundtrack for the actor's previous film, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, AR Rahman is returning for his next film, Pathu Thala. On Tuesday, the makers amused the buffs by revealing the first song's title by taking us to Twitter, they wrote, "It’s going to be #NammaSatham everywhere! Single from Feb 3rd! An @arrahman special!"

This first single from Pathu Thala, sung by A. R. Rahman and titled "Namma Satham," is sure to get folks to their feet in hopes of STR's anticipated performance. The dance was choreographed by Sandy Master, and the song's lyrics were written by Vivek. As per reports, the makers had decided to drop the first song on the occasion of Smbu's birthday on February 3rd.

Bankrolled by Jayantilal Gada and KE Gnanavelraja, Pathu Thala also stars Priya Bhavani Shankar, Gautham Karthik, Kalaiyarasan, Umesh Kaushik, and Sundararajan in lead roles, where Gautham Karthik to lock horns with Simbu on screens for the first time. The plot of the original flick 'Mufti' centres on Gana, a police officer who must undertake a covert operation to track down and eliminate the crime lord Bhairathi Ranagal.
