The month of July  is going to be a treat for Tamil movie lovers as several big and small films are lined up for release. From action to comedy, from thriller to horror, there is something for everyone in the upcoming Tamil movies 2023. Here is a sneak peek into some of the most awaited films that will hit the screens in July 2023.

Maaveeran:

Starring Sivakarthikeyan and Aditi Shankar in the lead roles. Directed by Madonne Ashwin, the film is based on the life of  the star sports a soft spoken cartoonist, timidly tiptoes through life, avoiding confrontations at all costs. The film promises to be a grand spectacle with stunning visuals and music by Bharath Shankar. Maaveeran will release on July 14.

Kolai:

This spy-drama features Vijay Antony and Ritika Singh in pivotal roles. Directed by Balaji K Kumar, the film revolves around a secret agent who is on a mission to solve the murder. The film is said to be a fast-paced thriller with twists and turns. Kolai will release on July 21.

Pizza 3:

This horror film is the third installment of the Pizza franchise that started in 2012. The film stars Ashwin Kakumanu, Pavithrah Marimuthu and Gaurav Narayanan in the main roles. Directed by Mohan Govind, the film follows a pizza delivery boy who encounters supernatural events while delivering pizzas. The film is touted to be a spine-chilling experience for the audience. Pizza 3 will release on July 30th .

Sathya Sodhanai:

Directed by Suresh Sangaiah, who made his debut with the critically acclaimed Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu. The film stars Premgi Amaren, Swayam Siddha and Reshma Pasupuleti in the lead roles. The film is said to be a comical crime drama that will feature Premgi in a never-before-seen role. The film is produced by Super Talkies and is expected to release on July 21, 2023
