Balochistan, one of the provinces of Pakistan had been quaked by powerful bomb that has exploded in the mosque during Friday prayers which had resulted in the death of five people with leaving dozens injured.

The reports from the middle of the smokes say that the blast had took place at a mosque in the province's capital Quetta's Kuchlak area on Friday and the officers had pictured the possibilities that the blast was carried out with an improvised explosive device (IED) which was stocked with around eight to ten kilograms of explosives when the suspects homed it inside the mosque.

A police official had said that at least five people have been reported to be dead while more than 15 had left with severe injuries and a rescue operation is underway to evacuate the affected and the nearby localities after the area and the mosque has been sealed by the security forces.

The police further stated that the injured had been shifted to nearby hospitals and facilities and have been kept under continuous observations and treatments while the local authorities had declared state of emergency at Civil hospital in Quetta. After police officers had barricaded the area with their tight security, the reports added that they have requested bomb disposal squad to cleanse the area that has been suspected to be planted with explosives.

However, there was no claim of responsibility, but the locals said that it may be carried out by militants of Taliban and of Baloch nationalist who often practice to blast such attacks.

The current bombing blast in Kuchlak area is fourth of such incident in Balochistan in less than a month.
