Maaveeran: Sivakarthikeyan's fantasy actioner powering up in Box office! Makers share the big milestone reach!

Maaveeran, the latest Tamil-Telugu movie starring Sivakarthikeyan and Aditi Shankar, has created a sensation at the box office with its remarkable collections. The film, which is a fantasy action drama directed by Madonne Ashwin, has raked in over Rs 50 crore worldwide in its first three days of release. The makers of the film have confirmed this news by posting a poster on their social media handles.

Shanthi Talkies took to Twitter and wrote, "Big thanks and Gratitude to SK fans,cinema audience and press & media for making #Maaveeran /#Mahaveerudu a BLOCKBUSTER ". The film revolves around Sathya, a comic artist who is controlled by a voice in his head that predicts the future and makes him face a corrupt politician.

The film has won the hearts of critics and viewers alike for its engaging plot, Sivakarthikeyan’s performance, Bharath Sankar’s music and Vidhu Ayyanna’s visuals. The film has also beaten Vijay’s Varisu, another big release of this year, at the Tamil Nadu box office. As per reports, Maaveeran earned Rs 14 crore on its second day, while Varisu earned Rs 10 crore. Maaveeran also did well at the Kerala box office, making more money on its third day than the first two days put together.

Maaveeran is produced by Arun Viswa under Shanthi Talkies banner and distributed by Red Giant Movies. The film also stars Mysskin, Yogi Babu, Sunil, Saritha and Monisha Blessy in important roles. Maaveeran was initially slated to release on August 11, but was advanced to July 14 to avoid clash with Jailer.
