The long wait is over...Cholas are coming: 'Ponniyin Selvan' teaser is here to captivate you!

The waiting for the Ship is over as the dazzling teaser of South India's most waited-for flick, 'Ponniyin Selvan' is revealed. The movie has kept fans across the country waiting to witness the magnificent project for eternal time. The teasers were launched on July 8 in all South-India languages by a league of popular icons. 

The readers of Ponniyin Selvan's origin novel were putting sweet banters on social media, debating the film adaptation and cast pickings of the film adaptation, since the makers spilt the beans of the movie announcement. Pan India movie Ponniyin Selvan, which drew the attention of movie buffs also made filmmakers in other countries sit up and take notice. 

After releasing a couple of posters from 'Ponniyin Selvan' last week, the makers of the film teased us with an exclusive first look at ensemble characters for a week. To fuel the temptation, a breathtaking teaser of the film has now been launched. On July 8, actor Suriya has revealed the movie's teaser in Tamil. Taking to Twitter, he wrote, "The dream of many…made a reality by our Mani sir!! Here’s the teaser of the magnum opus PS1. Congratulations to the whole team of actors & technicians!." 

Lyca Productions, which bankrolls the movie, took to Twitter and wrote, "The Cholas are coming. #PS1 releasing in theatres on 30th September in Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada!" The one-minute teaser is a clip high on action, adventurous, fantasy feast, presenting the Cholas in a most prestigious way.  With Thota Tharrani's production design, and Sanjiv Anand Naik's VFX supervising, the teaser is nothing but a fantasy feast for the film buffs. 

The flick has packed with an ensemble cast- Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Jayaram, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Vikram Prabhu, Ashwin, Sarathkumar, Parthiban, Prabhu, Prakash Raj, Rahman, Nizhalgal Ravi, Vijayakumar, Nassar, and Balaji Sakthivel will play important roles.

With the release date locked as September 30, and the excitement surrounding Ponniyin Selvan is rising with every day for the next update of the trailer launch, just to get a little more time in the Chola dynasty by sneak peeking. While the captivating teaser in Tamil was released by Suriya, Bollywood biggie Amitabh Bachchan has released the teaser in Hindi and Mahesh Babu, Rakshit Shetty, and Mohanlal have released the teaser in Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam respectively.
