In a thrilling update shared by the makers of 'Lal Salaam,' directed by Aishwarya Rajinikanth and starring Superstar Rajinikanth in a prominent extended cameo role, Lyca Productions announced a Diwali surprise for fans.

The production house revealed, “Adding a spark to your Diwali celebration with an exciting announcement! Get ready for a 1min 34secs preface of #LalSalaam releasing this Sunday, Nov 12 at 10:45 am. In Cinemas  PONGAL 2024 Worldwide Releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam & Kannada!“

In 'Lal Salaam,' Rajinikanth takes on a new avatar as Moideen Bhai, a powerful don based in Mumbai. The film, set to release on Pongal 2024, promises a captivating narrative with political intrigue and a strong underlying message. Alongside Rajinikanth, the movie stars Vishnu Vishal and Vikranth in lead roles.

Adding to the allure, the film's music is composed by the Oscar-winning maestro AR Rahman, ensuring a mesmerizing musical experience for the audience. The anticipation surrounding 'Lal Salaam' is set to make Pongal 2024 a festive delight for moviegoers.

While Rajinikanth enthusiasts eagerly await his return to the big screen with 'Lal Salaam,' the veteran star is simultaneously engaged in another exciting project, 'Thalaivar170,' directed by TJ Gnanavel. Produced by Lyca Productions, the action drama is currently undergoing busy pre-production.

In 'Lal Salaam,' Rajinikanth will share the screen with Nirosha, portraying Moideen's wife, and Jeevitha Rajashekar, playing Moideen's sister. The film will also feature a special appearance by former cricketer Kapil Dev, introducing an unexpected element for the audience.
