After his last film Agilan failed to impress the audience and critics, Tamil actor Jayam Ravi is gearing up for a grand comeback with his 32nd film. Now the expectations are high for Jayam Ravi's next project, which is rumored to be produced by the esteemed Vels Films International production house., and the yet-to-be-titled film which had earlier bankrolled Ravi's blockbuster comedy Comali (2019).
According to sources, the film will be made on a whopping budget of around ₹100 crore and will be a Pan Indian release which is in 18 languages across India and abroad. This makes it the biggest project in Ravi's career so far. The director, cast and crew of the film are yet to be announced officially.
Sources says that the venture will be helmed by an debut director. Adding to the excitement, the music maestro A.R. Rahman is on board to compose the music for this yet-to-be-titled film, after Ponniyin Selvan film series.While the details regarding the director, cast, and crew of the film are still under wraps, fans are eagerly waiting for the production house to reveal more information about the project.
Apart from this, Jayam Ravi has a slew of exciting projects in his kitty, including the highly anticipated Ponniyin Selvan 2, set to hit theaters next month. He is also set to star in Iraivan alongside Nayanthara, directed by Ahmed who has directed popular movies like Endrendrum Punnagai and Manithan. The actor also have Siren co-starring Keerthy Suresh and Anupama Parameswaran.
Another exciting collaboration for the actor is with director Ahmed, for a film titled 'Jana Gana Mana,' with the musicals being handled by the talented Haris Jayaraj. He will also reunite with his brother Mohan Raja for the sequel of Thani Oruvan, which was confirmed by the director.
