Jailer: The second single is the Superstar's special! Makers drop the release date!

Jailer is written and directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, who is known for his films Kolamavu Kokila and Doctor. The film also stars Mohanlal, Jackie Shroff, Shiva Rajkumar, Sunil, Ramya Krishnan, Vinayakan, Mirnaa Menon, and Tamannaah Bhatia in pivotal roles. The film is said to be a hilarious entertainer with Rajinikanth playing the role of Muthuvel Pandian, a strict jailer who foils the plans of a gang of criminals trying to escape from prison.

The much-awaited second single from Rajinikanth’s upcoming action comedy film Jailer is all set to release on July 17th. The makers of the film, Sun Pictures, announced the exctiing update by taking us to Twitter with a glimpse video featuring Rajinikanth in a stylish avatar. The song is titled “Hukum Idhu Tiger-in Kattalai” and is composed by Anirudh Ravichander.

The first single from the film, “Kaavaala”, was released last week and received a positive response from the fans and music lovers.  Jailer is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. The film has cinematography by Vijay Karthik Kannan and editing by R. Nirmal. The film is scheduled to hit the screens on August 10th, 2023, coinciding with the Varalakshmi Vratam festival.

Jailer is one of the most anticipated films of Rajinikanth, who has a huge fan following across the world. The film marks his 169th film in his illustrious career spanning over five decades. The film also marks the debut of Shiva Rajkumar in Tamil cinema and the film also has the crucial play from the Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal.

Jailer promises to be a fun-filled ride for the audience with Rajinikanth’s trademark style and humor. The film also has an ensemble cast of talented actors who will add to the entertainment quotient. The second single from the film is expected to create more buzz and excitement among the fans who are eagerly waiting for the film’s release.
