Islamabad knocks UN Security council!

Islamabad seems to live with a torch of hope on uniting the world against Indian move on Kashmir as it had now demanded United Nations Security council to immediately meet up over India's unilateral decision on revoking the special status from the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

India had brought International attention towards its border over scrapping down the seven decades long articles which had provided special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir where the articles had granted the people of Kashmir to frame their own laws and legislation and had banned non residents of Kashmir from acquiring land and purchasing the properties in Kashmir soil.

In the wake of wiping off the articles, the Indian government had brought the state of Kashmir under its drone of surveillance where it had imposed severe restrictions and curfew as the measure to enhance its security grids to counter the security threats and violence. The state has been under complete lock down since August 5th and now some of the restrictions had been relaxed by the state authorities.

With an aim of knocking the chambers of United Nations Security council, Pakistan's foreign minister Qureshi had written a letter to the council where he ruled out that Pakistan won't incite the conflict and stated that Indian side should not consider our constraint as our weakness and he further added that the Pakistan forces have been prepared to respond in self defense if it smells the use of excessive force by India.

However, keeping aside the letter written by Pakistan, its not clear how the 15 member panel of security council would respond to the agitation that has been tabled by Pakistan and on the other hand, Islamabad had proclaimed that China will support its move in United Nations Security council.

The current chair of UN Security council is Poland where Polish foreign minister Jacek Czaputowicz, while speaking to the reporters in the United Nations, had told that the council had received a letter from Pakistan which will have the panel to discuss the issue and take a proper decision.

Earlier, the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres had urged India and Pakistan to forgo and step back from retaliatory moves which could eventually affect Kashmir region.
