Introducing 'Anvitha Ravali Shetty'...A surprise first look poster of Anushka is out on her birthday!

Actress Anushka doesn't need an introduction - from Arundhathi to Baahubali, she has gained a prominent fan base through her ace performances in several landmarking movies. Anushka is returning to the screen after a long-drawn absence in the new feature film directed by Tollywood filmmaker P Mahesh Babu. 

The actress celebrated her birthday on Monday - November 7 and in the midst of being surfaced with wishes, her poster from the upcoming flick took the fans by surprise. Anushka is currently busy acting in the movie tentatively titled 'Anushka 48' in which she is pairing opposite actor Naveen Polishetty. While the movie is helmed by P Mahesh Babu, it is bankrolled by UV Creations and the production got underway in the first half of this year. 

The new poster revealed that Anushka is playing the role of a chef in the movie and she is seen enthusiastically indulging in the making of a dish, as shared on Twitter by UV Creations. The production house took to Twitter and wrote, "Happy Birthday Sweety. Introducing 'Anvitha Ravali Shetty' aka our beautiful actress Anushka Shetty." 

As per the reports, Anushka's plot reportedly centers on the courtship of two very different people. Additionally, the 41-year-old actress has a Malayalam film, 'Ottakomban', directed by Mathews Thomas, in her pipeline, with Suresh Gopi playing the lead and serving as her first Malayalam debut. Anushka lastly appeared in the movie 'Nishabdham' which got released on Amazon Prime Video directly.
