Indian 2: Makers hinting a special update on Shankar - Kamal Hassan's awaiting sequel!

In an exciting revelation, Lyca Productions has announced a significant update scheduled for tomorrow, October 29, 2023. The production house teased fans with a cryptic poster and an intriguing message, "Received copy & processing... Stay connected for an update Tomorrow at 11 AM!" The town is abuzz with speculation as enthusiasts eagerly await the unveiling of this much-anticipated announcement.

The source of this excitement lies in the sequel to the 1996 blockbuster 'Indian', a film that etched its place in the annals of Indian cinema. The sequel, aptly titled 'Indian 2', is a project that fans have been yearning for. Helmed by the master storyteller S. Shankar, who also directed the original, the film promises to be a riveting continuation of the vigilante saga.

At the heart of 'Indian 2' is the iconic character Senapathy, portrayed with finesse by the legendary Kamal Haasan. Senapathy, the valiant freedom fighter, will once again don the mantle of justice, fighting against the pervasive evils of corruption and crime that plague society. Kamal Haasan's return to this iconic role is a momentous event for fans who have cherished his portrayal since the first installment.

The movie boasts an ensemble cast featuring some of the industry's most talented actors. Joining Kamal Haasan are S. J. Suryah, Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Rakul Preet Singh, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Kalidas Jayaram, Gulshan Grover, Nedumudi Venu, Vivek, Samuthirakani, Bobby Simha, Guru Somasundaram, and Delhi Ganesh, among others.
