The upcoming sci-fi film Ayalaan, starring Sivakarthikeyan as a scientist who befriends an alien, has created a lot of buzz on social media with the latest update from the makers. In the freshest poster drop, the cute alien buddy takes a seat next to AR Rahman, tickling the ivories on a piano. The musical maestro himself seems pretty entertained by the extraterrestrial jam session

The poster was shared by Rahman who took to X, wrote, “I had an intruder while recording my next song! #AyalaaAyalaa - second single from #Ayalaan releasing on Wednesday, 20th of December. Are you ready? #AyalaanFromPongal #AyalaanFromSankranti”.

The poster has gone viral among the fans of both Rahman and Sivakarthikeyan, who are eagerly waiting for the second single Ayalaa Ayalaa from the film, after the first one, Vera Level Sago, received a positive response. The film’s music is composed by Rahman, who has collaborated with Sivakarthikeyan for the first time.

The film also features Rakul Preet Singh as the female lead, and Yogi Babu, Karunakaran, Sharad Kellar, Isha Koppikar, Bhanupriya and many others in supporting roles. Ayalaan is directed by Ravikumar, who made his debut with the time-travel comedy Indru Netru Naalai.

The film is produced by KJR Studios and Phantom FX Studios and has been in the making for a long time due to various reasons, and recently went into legal trouble. However, the makers have now confirmed that the film will hit the screens on January 12, 2023, as announced earlier. The film is expected to be a visual treat for the audience, as it involves a lot of VFX and animation work.

Ayalaan is one of the most anticipated films of 2023 and promises to be a fun-filled adventure with a unique concept and a stellar cast. The film will also be released in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages, under the title Ayaalan.
