'I don't understand Hindi' - This CM walked off from PM Modi's meet!

Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga was one among the nine Chief Ministers who were given the prospect to speak during the virtual meeting convened by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday concerning the Coronavirus outbreak in the country. However, he exited the meet as his prospect was muddled by the lack of translation.

The virtual meeting had lasted for three hours and was organized at the crucial time of penning the prefix of the decision on whether the nationwide lockdown must be extended to curb the spread of the virus. It was the fourth virtual meet between the Prime Minister and the Chief Ministers of the States and Union Territories and while most had been prepared to pile up their demands to the center, the meeting permitted only nine Chief Ministers to put forth their statements.

The Chief Minister of Mizoram has been the one of nine while the rest of the Chief Ministers, apart from the nine, had been advised to disclose their views in writing, which disturbed most of them as they were prepared to present their views on the lockdown. The Chief Ministers who were permitted to speak had demanded the Center to release financial support to their states to tackle the fiscal stress and the pandemic.

Mizoram Chief Minister had locked up with a different issue - the language, which had let him leave the meeting. After briefing the Prime Minister about the situation in the state, Chief Minister Zoramthanga said that he didn't understand a word of what others have spoken because they spoke in Hindi and he stated that he doesn't understand Hindi.
