Hong Kong : The Protest Island!

The city of Hong Kong, one of the cities of potentials and luxuries in the World, is getting geared up to elevate an unwelcoming tone of protests which the city had seen playing for the past two months.

Hong Kong, which still practices "one country, two systems" with autonomic governance, had kicked off its new and unseen chapter of shaking the land of beauties with the land of series and unprecedented inflow of protests, clashes and riots which had clouded its sky with huge unrest and uncertainty. The city had voiced in one tone, which had quaked the skyscrapers, of demanding the government to suspend the extradition bill and urged pro-Beijing Chief executive to step down. The city's attractions, tourists spots and government buildings had turned out to be the venues for the protests which has been lasting for over two months.

Ahead of the government's failure in combating the protests, despite of using excessive forces, it had suspended the proposal of extradition bill, which the city feared that the government will extradite whoever voice against China and Hong Kong's administration to mainland China to face their trails in Chinese controlled courts in what the city people had seen as the move to curb their voices, their rights and their practice of autonomic governance by Beijing.

The series of protests which had united to voice against the extradition bill had turned the pages towards shaping it as "pro-democratic movement" which had seen wide spreading approach across the entire city where the people had left their homes and offices to keep their voices for pro democracy movement which had accused Beijing's interference in its autonomic institution.

For last week, the protesters had stormed into Hong Kong international airport and had occupied departure terminals to flag their demonstrations against the government where the airport authorities had cancelled the flights from getting departed which had pictured the intensifying scenes from the city where the there were clashes and riots between the protesters and the police forces in the airport ahead to which the local administration had restrained the protests in the airport and banned the people from gathering in the places apart from their restricted place. The airport had seen bitter grounds in welcoming the visitors and tourists which had led other nations to issue travel advisory to its citizens traveling Hong Kong.

The reports pouring in from the city had said that the city is been preparing to elevate its tone of protests as it has been packed with more protests in more venues this week after thousands of pro democratic organizers had rallied peacefully on Sunday by flagging the scenes of what it had seen violent clashes. The Sunday's rally had come after the protests in the city's airport and the organizers have told that further demonstrations are planned in coming weeks which includes another strike.

The police had said on Monday that even Sunday's protests had demonstrated peacefully, there were acts of breaching the peace later when some of the rallied had damaged government offices and buildings. The protests had organized from Victoria park, familiar venue for protesters and had traveled towards the city's financial center by chanting and upholding one collective voice of demanding pro-Beijing leader Carrie Lam to step down. However, the police forces had said that Sunday's rally had seen minimal number of police presence and reported with zero arrests.

On the other hand, Beijing had accused foreign countries including the United States of oiling the unrest where U.S. President Donald Trump, while speaking to the reporters in the White house on Sunday, had said that he would like to see Hong Kong worked out in a very humanitarian fashion and had proclaimed that both of the world's powerful economies could reach the trade deal after Beijing resolve the protests.

The ongoing unrest had quaked the city's multinational companies, where last week, the Chief executive of Cathay Pacific airlines Rupert Hogg had resigned from his post along with Chief commercial officer ahead to claiming responsibility for the challenging weeks.
