GV Prakash was most recently seen in Ayngaran, for which he received good feedbacks. Next, he'll be seen in the visual treating drama Kalvan alongside Love Today star Ivana and seasoned filmmaker Bharathiraja. The movie Kalvan features dialogue in both Tamil and Telugu. Chorudu is PV Shankar's Telugu title for the film.

It's worth remembering that both GV Prakash and Ivana worked before in Bala's Naachiyar. Taking to Twitter, actor Dhanush dropped the adventurous motion poster, where the caption reads, "Here is #Kalvan #Chorudu motion poster starring my fav people @gvprakash @offBharathiraja .. best wishes team.." The one minute short video gives the idea that the film may impose some serious note to the nature calamities and potential of forestry care.

This clip gives the impression that a forest serves as the film's primary location, as the main story thematic to the forest  GV Prakash, Ivana, Bharathiraja, and Dheena of Kaithi fame are all featured on the moving poster. The script for Kalvan was written by PV Shankar and Ramesh Aiyappan. Interestingly, the director is also in charge of the film's cinematography. And  GV Prakash isn't just the film's lead actor; he's also scoring the score.

Kalvan, which D Gilli Babu is producing with his Axess film factory, is set to premiere that summer of 2023. Meanwhile GV Prakash is also composing for the Hindi remake of Soorarai Pottru starring Akshay Kumar, as well as a number of other projects, including Trap City, Idimuzhakkam, and 13. Ivana made her debut with Naachiyaar starred Jyothika, turned heads with her last actorial in Love Today starred an directed by Pradeep Ranganathan. She also have film Complex, in her next in Malayalam.
