The already massive star cast of Project K just got even bigger, as Kamal Haasan will be joining the cast of the movie in August as the villain. The role, which will be filmed over a 20-day period, is said to have been offered to the actor for a staggering 150 crores by the producers.

Kamal Haasan, who is currently busy with his other projects, including Indian 2 and kickstarting KH233, will start shooting for Project K. The actor is reported to be very enthusiastic about the film's concept and his character, which will provide him with new and interesting opportunities. 

Project K, which is directed by Nag Ashwin, is one of the most awaited films of the year. The film marks the Telugu debut of Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone, who will be seen opposite Prabhas in the lead role. The film also features legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan and the talented Disha Patani in pivotal roles.
