JR NTR, the celebrated South Indian actor, known for his powerhouse performances, is all set to make his grand Bollywood debut in the highly anticipated film "War 2." After the massive success of SS Rajamouli's blockbuster "RRR," JR NTR has signed on to play the lead role in this spy thriller, alongside the suave Hrithik Roshan.

Ayan Mukerji, known for his visionary storytelling, previously helmed the epic Indian mythological superhero film "Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva.", to helm this flick. Produced by the visionary Aditya Chopra under the prestigious Yash Raj Films banner, "War 2" promises to take the adrenaline-pumping action and mind-bending suspense to new heights. This film is also a part of the illustrious YRF Spy Universe, which has captivated audiences with its thrilling narratives.

The excitement around "War 2" is palpable, with reports suggesting that the film will commence shooting by the end of 2023. The anticipation has reached a fever pitch, as fans eagerly await the dynamic duo of JR NTR and Hrithik Roshan sharing the screen space for the first time in this high-octane spy flick.

Rumors have it that the story of "War 2" will be intricately connected to Salman Khan's much-awaited film “Tiger 3,”.  JR NTR is currently shooting for his 30th film, tentatively titled "NTR 30," under the direction of the renowned Koratala Siva.

His collaboration with Yash Raj Films for "War 2" marks a significant milestone in his career, as he ventures into the exciting world of Bollywood. The YRF Spy Universe has been a resounding success, and "War 2" is the sixth film in this thrilling franchise. The latest installment, "Pathaan," starring the powerhouse trio of Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham, has already emerged as the biggest Indian hit of the year, grossing a staggering around 1000 crores at the box office.
