The tinseltown is in an uproar as Thangalaan, one of the year's most highly anticipated movies, readies for its massive release. This historical drama starring Chiyaan Vikram and directed by Pa Ranjith takes place in the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) between the years 1870 and 1940. The film follows a group of miners as they fight against unfair working conditions and other forms of oppression.
