Exciting Buzz: Ajith Kumar’s Vidaa Muyarchi to go on floors soon!

The much-awaited announcement of Ajith Kumar’s 62nd film has finally arrived on his birthday. The film, titled Vidaa Muyarchi, is directed by Magizh Thirumeni and produced by Lyca Productions. Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music for this action thriller, which will have Nirav Shah as the cinematographer.

Vidaa Muyarchi's production is expected to kick off on May 22. Currently, Ajith Kumar is in the midst of a bike trip through Nepal and Bhutan. Actor's return to Chennai is scheduled for the second week of May. Ajith Kumar has allotted himself 40 days beginning in June out of the total planned schedule of 70.

The movie, titled Vidaa Muyarchi (which means "determination"), is expected to feature Ajith Kumar in a different guise and boast a massive budget. Before Vignesh Shivan left the project over artistic differences, he was set to direct the film. Ajith Kumar was enthralled by the script that Magizh Thirumeni, who has written crime thrillers like Thadam and Meaghamann, took over the project to carry.

The film’s title announcement poster was released on May 1, coinciding with Ajith Kumar’s birthday. The poster featured a silhouette of Ajith Kumar holding a gun and a tagline that read ‘Efforts Never Fail’. The poster received a huge response from the fans and celebrities, who wished Ajith Kumar and the team on social media.

Vidaa Muyarchi will be the third collaboration between Ajith Kumar and Anirudh Ravichander, after Vedalam and Vivegam. The film’s cast and crew details are yet to be revealed. The film is expected to hit the screens in 2024.
