The ardent fans of Ajith are taken aback when they saw the recent photo of their idol sporting a freshly shaved look. Since he has mastered the elegant avatar, the most recent picture with his family has garnered an even bigger level of attention. 

Fans are wondering if the new look is for his next project AK62, which will be directed by Vignesh Shivan, who is known for directorials such as Podaa Podi, Nanum Rowdy Than, NGK, and Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kadhal. Ajith's next film 'Thunivu' will be getting released in January 2023 during the occasion of Pongal holidays. 

The fans have taken notice of his new look since he shaved off the thick and long beard he sported for his role in Thunivu. On the other hand, the newest photos of Ajith with his family have become an instant hit online. Shalini is seen with her husband and ultimate star, daughter Anoushka, son Aadvik, and actress Preetha are seen in the photo together. 

His newly colored hair completed his unique look. According to reports, it has been already confirmed that filming on 'AK 62' will began after he will kick off his India tour on a motorbike. Vignesh Shivan, who recently tied the knot and welcomed twins with leading lady Nayanthara, made no official announcement regarding AK 62. 

The project AK 62 was announced earlier this year with the shooting to begin next year. For both Ajith and Vignesh Shivan, AK 62 is their first collaboration. Ajith's Thunivu is going to clash with Vijay's Varisu during Pongal and while Ajith plays the lead role, Manju Warrier is playing the female lead. Thunivu is bankrolled by Boney Kapoor's Bay View Projects and is directed by H Vinoth. It is pertinent to note that this trio has joined hands for the third consecutive time after Nerkonda Paarvai and Valimai.
