Congratulations ISRO!

The heartbeats of the entire Indian space industry and the nation had highly palpitated with the clouds of expectations on Chandrayaan 2 lunar mission as the clock was ticking the last stages of countdown to land the rover on the south pole of the Moon, the earth's natural satellite.

The control room which monitors the path of Chandrayaan 2 has been occupied with tensed moments to surpass the last stage successfully but it was above 2.1 km altitude of the moon's surface, the chairman of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) K Sivan had took the microphones and stated that the Vikram lander, which carries the rover, had eventually lost its communication with Earth and it has been reported that it is still unclear whether the landing has been successful or met with the lost of the mission. The scientists of ISRO has been undertaking deep analysis on the lunar journey to sense the clear picture.

Indian Prime minister Narendra Modi was one among the top dignitaries to capture the live scenes of India's historical milestone at ISRO's center in Bangalore and after the chairman had reported that the lander has been lost the communication, Prime Minister Modi had solace the scientists and the team of Chandrayaan 2 and conveyed India's hope to them. While speaking in the middle of the scientists, he said to hope for the best and greeted and praised the scientists for doing great service to the nation and assured that he is fully with ISRO.

However, despite of slipping away from its path, ISRO had said that, the Chandrayaan 2 orbiter will travel around the Moon and will successfully execute its experiments for about one year.

Following the setback, the ISRO's hall has been filled with tears from the scientists while Prime minister was addressing the forum. Prime minister Modi had further added that the best is yet to come and he bow down to the scientists for honoring India over their lunar mission. In the wake of consoling them, he proclaimed that India will picture new dawn in its space industry.

Soon after Modi's speech, the ISRO chairman K Sivan had broke down with tears when he greeted the Prime minister prior to his departure from ISRO's headquarters. Prime minister Modi, before embarking his motorcade, had hugged and patted the ISRO chairman which had undoubtedly poured tears from entire nation. By consoling him, he exchanged few words of accomplishments before Sivan had managed to come back with normalcy.

Keeping aside the setback, the nation must acknowledge the confident words of ISRO Chairman Sivan after he assumed office where he told that India will unleash its space projects with Indian made technologies and orbiter soon. It has became proven state when he and his team had stood with his words rather than just staying with the words of proclamation after India had successfully launched Mark-III satellite on November 14th 2018, that was wholly made in India and the historical mission of Chandrayaan 2 has got added to the remarkable space missions that were launched with Indian made technologies and launch vehicles. The admiring journey of ISRO under the chairmanship of K Sivan is as equal as to admire the personal journey of Sivan, who born in Kanyakumari in the state of Tamilnadu.

From being raised from the hamlet to being seen as the face of India from outer space, K Sivan has been undoubtedly acknowledged as next Abdul Kalam, who had watered modern day technologies in Indian space organization. His alma mater of his early age was not as notable as how the schools today are as he brained his primary and higher education in government schools in his hamlet and he later joined the Madras Institute of Technology in Chennai before being joined in ISRO in 1982. Known for his sincerity, dedication and devotion towards his role, K Sivan had registered his strong and vital role in launching the PSLV in 2017 which was packed with 104 satellites. Its certain that ISRO has been decorated by its dedication and admiring chief and so is the entire Indian Space industry.
